3. Pre-Order Policy

Some of our items are available exclusively for pre-order. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that there will be a delay before your product is shipped, as specified in the product description. 4. Pricing and Payment

• Pricing: All prices are listed in EUR( € )  and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include shipping fees or applicable taxes, which will be added at checkout.
• Payment: Payment will be confirmed upon order acceptance. After you place a pre-order, we will contact you within 2-3 business days to confirm the order details and provide an estimated delivery date. Only after this confirmation will we proceed with payment processing. By agreeing to the order, you consent to pay the agreed amount upon confirmation. 
• Errors: If there is a pricing or typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed at the incorrect price, even if the order has been confirmed.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping: We ship domestically and internationally to selected locations. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.
• Delivery Times: Delivery times may vary based on your location, product availability, and shipping method. Please note that delays may occur due to external factors, such as customs or holiday traffic.
• Pre-Orders: For pre-ordered items, shipping will commence after the estimated production period. See our Pre-Order Notice for more information.

6. Returns and Refunds

• Return Policy: We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items with original tags attached. Sale items, custom orders, and pre-order items may be non-refundable; please check product descriptions for specific terms.
• Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe after we receive the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
